Importante para essa posição:

- Experiência mínima de 5 anos como CS;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos como CSM de grandes contas;
- Perfil Comunicativo, com fácil interação com clientes e colegas;
- Capacidade analítica (e crítica) apurada para identificar oportunidades e antecipar a possibilidade de problemas com os clientes de sua carteira de atendimento;
- Organização é um fator importante para garantir as múltiplas entregas do seu dia a dia;
- Perfil proativo e entusiástico;
- Pacote Office (principalmente Excel) avançado.

A pessoa CS será responsável por:

- Responsável pelo atendimento de contas estratégicas;
- Acompanhar ativamente a jornada dos clientes desde o fechamento do contrato (kickoff) até o sucesso final dos entregáveis;
- Treinar o cliente na utilização dos produtos e na análise das informações;
- Conduzir reuniões periódicas junto aos clientes da carteira;
- Identificar melhorias, feedbacks, analisar métricas de satisfação (kpi’s);
- Identificar risco de churn nos clientes da sua carteira, bem como oportunidades para upsell e cross sell;
- Fazer registro diário de suas ações em ferramenta de CS e demais rotinas ligadas ao cliente para acompanhamento constante;
- Cobrar utilização e melhor uso da ferramenta pelos clientes da Carbigdata;
- Construir apresentações para reuniões;
- Analisar gráficos e indicadores de forma criteriosa para ser capaz de propor planos de ação que trarão melhorias aos seus clientes.

Remoto - nos encontramos 1 vez ao mês para promover a interação dos times
