As a Customer Success Manager at Dynatrace software GmbH, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth through strategic planning and relationship management. Your goal will be to preserve and grow subscription renewals by demonstrating value, educating customers on product offerings, and acting as their champion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate customer adoption through proactive calls, account review meetings, and relationship management.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to ensure timely subscription renewals.
  • Build Dynatrace brand awareness and loyalty through customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business growth opportunities and leverage relationships to build reference accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
