About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our Partner Success Team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of our conversational AI products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive adoption and retention of our conversational AI products
  • Build relationships with customers and ensure they receive maximum impact from our services
  • Work in coordination with other Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Orchestrate efforts to keep adoption and usage high, driving value recognition and gross retention
  • Provide best use cases and training to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products
  • Monitor and improve CSAT, health score, and lock-in score of customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Strong communication skills in English and native language
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strategic thinking and excellent project management skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to establish robust relationships with customers
