About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product teams.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product features and services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on our products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to discuss their progress, goals, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SAAS companies or related roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical background and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
