**About the Team**:

- Responsible for the digital ads aspects of marketing efforts for the platform, to ensure the that marketing strategies are well communicated on the various ad platforms, and achieve various ads related KPIs.- Analyze and monitor current existing user base,understand user base profiles and preferences on the platform
- Proactively initiate ideas, validate ideas via data and local insights, draft test plan and propose budget and estimate performance based on Campaign and Platform direction (e.g. user journey strategy, maintaining number/percentage of active users, converting churned users, conduct A/B testing etc)
- Collaborate with Campaign Planning team in planning and achieving campaign objectives by targeting specific user base
- Work closely with the Regional CRM team and other cross-functional teams to build CRM marketing strategy and roadmap
- Provide weekly reporting on CRM campaign performance (e.g. buy again, callback campaign, etc) and initiatives
- Develop smart and efficient solutions to automate CRM campaigns and reports using SQL and internal/external CRM solution tools
- Analyze other Marketing related data on platform and produce actionable insights to support platform’s strategy and optimize performance

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English (tasks and presentation to be in English, regular communication with Regional team in Singapore)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
- Proficient in data management and analytics tools such as SQL
- Experience in business intelligence/data analytics in tech/e-commerce or dynamic environment
- (Strong plus but not required) Past experience in CRM data analytics and automation
- Strong analytical skills and good with numbers
- Experienced working with multiple time zones
