With the mission to Design and Shape Sustainable Solutions for Grower Success, the Field Solutions organization has started a journey, grounded on transforming Operations, transforming Solutions, and transforming Culture, to continue focusing on strategic development of Customer Solutions. As a key player on the success of this journey, LATAM Field Solutions is looking for talents to join our Agronomic Solutions Managers (ASMs) team. This team is responsible for the co-design and test of the best Solutions for our Growers and will lead the transformation journey in our organization.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- Leading the Crop Protection development in LATAM, including the testing strategies, for Weed management, Disease management or Pest management solutions with basis on alignment with Global ASMs, regional Marketing, Market Development and grower needs;
- Provides strategic leadership to the definition of crop strategies together with Marketing and Market Development in line with regional and global functions and grower insights; steer and supervise the implementation of the agreed crop strategies on a regional level;
- Manages fast product development to minimize time to market; contribute to global, regional and local development discussions and decisions and ensure data integrity/availability all along the process and its appropriate documentation (Solution Concept) and project management;
- Monitoring and follow up field trials to directly observe, products performance and identify both internal methodological improvements and Customer needs that need to be fulfilled with new solutions;
- Leadership of Biodossier Technical Review; accountable for dossier submission for registration and support transition to automation;
- Partnership across Crop Science, including full alignment with launching team (regional Marketing and Market Development) to ensure grower success;
- Be accountable to develop and incorporate best practices across the clusters ensuring high quality of data;
- Regional accountability and contribution to global projects and initiatives with proper cascade to regional level;
- Champions for Field Solutions Technology strategies (digital fluence, big data, statistics, automation, communication, collaboration);
- Leadership of tactical governance model for Latam Agronomic Solutions team (operationalization);
- Leadership within the team to enable ONEFS27 mission;
- Closely cooperate with Local Regulatory Science and Go-To-Market organizations to efficiently implement Agronomic Solutions strategies for the LATAM countries;
- Ensure in collaboration with Local Agronomic Operations Teams full compliance with all relevant regulations in Agronomic Field Development in the clusters;
- Ensure knowledge transfer plan is developed & implemented in partnership with Market Development and Go-To-Market local organizations;
- Support global and regional crop and portfolio strategies by providing local technical expertise for new solutions, life cycle management and commercial defense projects;
- Representatives of Field Solutions in collaboration with new business models (DFS) and on external technical committees or associations;
- Attract, develop and retain talent within the region to foster constant innovation and maximize diversity.
