**What the day will look like**

This role is responsible for developing the Private Equity and Mergers Acquisitions vertical industry for our clients within our region.
- Plans and sets growth agenda and determines revenue budget for the Private Equity and Mergers Acquisitions industry vertical.
- Maps revenue opportunities within the Region, establishes and reviews strategic priorities and builds viable investment and growth plans based on existing portfolio and client relationships.
- Leads vertical initiatives in the region by mobilizing local teams and international Aon resources (internal areas of consulting, engineering etc.) to execute the plan and direct, monitor and report on progress and performance towards established objectives.
- Plan and lead client engagement activities in Latin America on specific industry issues and support specific in-country initiatives.
- Develops industry knowledge and leads and coordinates activities for colleagues working in the industry vertical within the region building a strong team.
- Works with the different Latin America Solution Lines teams to: Review and update the set of products and solutions available to customers in this vertical; support the development of a Business Line Value proposition; Define the strategy to deliver Business Line capabilities to the Industry vertical and coordinate customer access activities.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 8 years in the Private Equity and Mergers Acquisitions industry.
- Expertise: experience in strategic sales cycles and an extensive and established network in the segment.
- Studies and/or specialties: Graduate degree in law
- Technological tools: Excel and Power Point
- Languages: Advanced English
