As Head of ESG for Brazil, you’ll lead a talented and passionate team and be in charge of all of our initiatives to promote our key agendas aligned with our Spirit of Progress commitments towards 2030. Key Deliverables

Connect our ESG agenda with our business needs, promoting the proper agenda to combat underage drinking, to promote a positive drinking agenda to our society, leading initiatives to offer capacitation and better work opportunities for those looking for an opportunity in the hospitality industry,

Engage our teams with our ESG initiatives.

Promote an integrated agenda with our key partners within the company - HR, Supply and Sales.

Promote our purpose daily - celebrate life every day, everywhere.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience in ESG management, project management and build corporate reputation.

Crucial connection between ESG theory and business needs.

Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment

Strong influencing skills and analytical problem solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence all levels of management.

Able to build and maintain positive relationships

Skills of influencing and advising Senior Executives

English is required; Spanish desirable.
