**Role Responsibilities**
- Accountable for providing guidance, advice, and support to employees and people managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management for Brazil.
- Directly coordinate HR management in Brazil, following local regulations and acting as an HR site leader.
- Work in collaboration with other members of the HR team.
- Demonstrates broad employment law knowledge and union relations.
- Interprets human resource policies and aligns resources and people to meet strategy goals.
- Has latitude for unreviewed action or decision.

**Role Requirements**
- For this role, you will ideally be an experienced human resource professional, with experience in the banking industry.
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources, plus 5+ years of HR administration experience.
- Critical and creative thinking, attention to details, and ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
