O NOC (Network Operations Center) é o centro de comando e controle para “Execução de Transporte” em toda a rede da Cadeia de Suprimentos da Amazon, suportando várias regiões geográficas, como NA, UE, Índia, México, Brasil etc. Ele garante a coleta e a entrega oportunas e sem complicações dos fornecedores aos Centros de Distribuição (FC) da Amazon e dos FCs da Amazon aos HUBS das transportadoras. Em caso de exceções, o NOC intervém para resolver os problemas, mantendo as partes interessadas informadas sobre os procedimentos. Junto com essa solução tática de problemas, o NOC também é encarregado de entender as tendências nas exceções de rede e, em seguida, automatizar processos ou propor mudanças nos processos para agilizar as operações. Esse segundo aspecto envolve o monitoramento da rede e a análise significativa dos dados da rede.
No geral, o NOC desempenha um papel fundamental na garantia do bom funcionamento do transporte da Amazon e, portanto, tem um impacto direto na capacidade da Amazon de atender seus clientes a tempo.

A Inbound Operations lida com a relação fornecedor/transportadora/FC, garantindo que o frete seja retirado no prazo e entregue no FC de acordo com o agendamento determinado. O Transportation Specialist Inbound aborda quaisquer possíveis problemas que ocorram durante o ciclo de vida da coleta até a entrega.
A Outbound Operations lida com a relação FC/Carrier/Carrier Hub, garantindo que o caminhão saia do FC para entregar os pedidos dos clientes conforme prometido. O Transportation Specialist Outbound aborda quaisquer possíveis problemas que ocorram durante o ciclo de vida da carga que sai do FC e chega às instalações do cliente.

**As responsabilidades incluem, mas não estão limitadas a**:

- Comunicação com clientes externos (operadoras, fornecedores/fornecedores) e clientes internos (varejo, finanças, suporte de software, centros de distribuição)
- Proporcionar experiência ao cliente em tempo real trabalhando em um ambiente operacional 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana.
- Deve ser capaz de encaminhar sistematicamente os problemas ou as variações nas informações e nos dados para os proprietários e equipes relevantes e seguir as resoluções para garantir que elas sejam cumpridas.
- Desenvolver e/ou compreender métricas de desempenho para ajudar a gerar resultados comerciais.
- Pode ser necessária uma excelente comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para criar uma narrativa descrevendo as descobertas semanais e as variações das metas, e apresentar essas descobertas em um fórum de revisão.
- Trabalhe dentro de várias restrições de tempo para atender às necessidades críticas dos negócios, ao mesmo tempo em que mede e identifica as atividades realizadas.
- Deve ser capaz de entender rapidamente o impacto comercial das tendências e tomar decisões que façam sentido com base nos dados disponíveis.
