**About the Job**

At Dadosfera, our projects are tailored to meet each client's specific needs, making a real IMPACT wherever we go. As a Support Intern, you will play an essential role in ensuring clients' success by providing continuous support and helping them make the most of the platform’s features. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success leadership team to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Open and manage support tickets, documenting actions taken to resolve incidents.
- Implement resolutions and guide clients through testing to confirm their request has been fulfilled; remote access may be necessary in some cases.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and manuals.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL programming.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in technology startups or Data & Analytics.
- Advanced English proficiency.
