Boeing Brazil is seeking a **Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Lead** based from **Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil or Canada** to support the growing requirements across the region. This is a strategically important region for Boeing as we are building an engineering capability centre in Brazil and expanding our footprint across the region. This role is based from our **Sao Jose dos Campos or Canada** office and offers flexibility for both office and hybrid work.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provides advice, guidance and training to lesser experienced staff, customers and applicants to ensure complete understanding and adherence to company-wide staffing process.
- Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings.
- Conducts government conflict of interest review and coordinate with Law Department as required.
- Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language

**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:

- Senior level of experience in recruiting talent and/or related Human Resources experience
- Experience in a lead role in managing Talent Acquisition/HR projects and process improvement initiatives that delivered real, measurable value
- Proven track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Experience with Workday
