**Position Summary**:
He must always be connected to the field to understand the needs of the market as well as ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. This professional must always be aware of the demands, opportunities and threats of the market, bringing relevant inputs to direct and redirect marketing strategies. This professional is required to have the skills to carry out product training for external customers and internal Steris staff. Responsible for the strategic communication part of the products regarding the creation, revision and translation of new content. Must work with Global Product Managers in order to monitor new product launches, address specific needs in the area and seek information required by customers. Act in partnership with the Regional Sales Managers and Clinical Team to download programs and marketing campaigns, in order to achieve the financial and strategic objectives outlined for the current FY. This professional must be able to analyse the sales performance of products under broad aspects, such as growth in sales, GM, sales by channel and region. When necessary, assist in the analysis and impacts of phase-in phase-out of products.

**Duties**:
Manage the life cycle of products that offer alternatives that allow the extension of the exchange period, and lead the launch of new products in the region (feasibility, price, forecast, communication material, prioritized countries, channels), ensuring the implementation of the franchise marketing plan, to meet the defined business and financial objectives;
Monitor government, macroeconomic and market trends, making adjustments to the defined strategic planning;
Market size analysis, to identify potential for growth, both in the portfolio and in strategic hospitals.
Monitor the sales performance of each region, defining improvement actions and promotional activities; and the production and delivery of products to the region, matching demand versus production, by developing and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) for each implemented action;
Coordinate an action plan to attract and develop staff throughout the distribution network - specific plan for resellers;
Develop research to know the message recall and message retail of implemented actions; Develop research to know the message recall and message retail of implemented actions;
Maintain relationships with opinion-forming groups (Outings to the field), as well as new requests to start business and welcome new customers
Develop promotional materials (and other actions that think of different stakeholders in the chain) per cycle to take advantage of the exposure of the STERIS brand as the product line and participate in events and conferences related to the area, announcing the positioning of products;
Work in partnership with the Regulatory Affairs department ensure that all necessary equipment documentation is included in the "master kit" that will be released to countries;
Conduct actions and decisions under the responsibility of the position, respecting the STERIS Code of Ethics;
Coordinate the strategic equipment demonstration plan for the region;
Engage support areas to maximize a complete product offering plan: technical package + tickets (if applicable);
Always monitor the strategies implemented in the field, whether at the end customer or with the distribution network;

- University degree in Marketing, Publicity and Propaganda, Communication, Engineering or Health Area;
- Experience in marketing areas, including channel marketing, product marketing and merchandising;
- Experience in event planning;
- Fluent English and Spanish;
- Minimum experience of 10 to 15 years.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing for Medical Devices and / or sterilization products.
