**Requisitos**:

- You have an academic degree in Communication, Journalism, or similar and significant working experience in the field, working in a large, complex matrix organization;
- You have a deep understanding of both the internal and external communication arena and years of work experience in the field;
- You switch easily from strategic planning to more hands-on tasks like creating content and organizing events;
- To enjoy working in this position you are comfortable performing various initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities and you can work independently with excellent communication skills;
- Ability to oversee responsibly substantial amounts of confidential/sensitive information often;
- You are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Portuguese and English, a skilled storyteller, driven by a strong outside-in perspective. Fluency in Spanish will be highly desired;
- We also think that you are passionate about have experience in finding new ways to increase attention and engagement in a digital media landscape, both internally and externally;
- In addition, you are highly adaptative and effective in both virtual and cross-cultural environments, and you have a good command of Office 365 digital tools, as a good knowledge in modern communication tools (video and design);
- Assertive negotiation skills, including proven ability to deal with complex situations and ambiguity;
- Ability to find and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most proper mix of channels;
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to connect events and projects to adapt the communications approach for the benefit of employees;
- Furthermore, you are an outgoing person and a resilient team player - as you will be working and sharing your knowledge with colleagues from around the world.

**Atividades**:

- Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders, by working in conjunction with the senior management team, People & Culture, develop and manage the content plan for internal communication in line with strategic and operational requirements;
- Help make the People & Culture agenda come to life by creating efficient and engaging communication that supports strategic business decisions, highlighting success stories and best practices;
- Support the organization’s based in Curitiba and São José dos Pinhais with communication plans and execution, making sure the business strategies and targets come alive, contribute to employee engagement, and secure consistency with Volvo Group’s overall strategic communication agenda;
- You will plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications;
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with all different business areas as the external communication messages;
- Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and supply and implement recommendations for improvement of the content accordingly;
- Oversee the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational belief and reputation;
- Look for opportunities for content creation and distribution and coordinate with different functions to create occasion proper collaterals;
- Support digital and face to face events, supply advice and guidance to executives, while also overseeing the day-to-day tactical work on a regular basis;
- Other duties may be assigned.
