What You'll Do
As a Knowledge Business Senior Manager (KBSM) within BCG's Latam Geo business, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the Knowledge Team across Brazil, SSA & Mexico. You will grow and deploy a team of 12-15+ PA sector/topic experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.). You will also take ownership for the team's development and career progression.
Additionally, you will work to further build & grow the KT Latam business within the region, by contributing towards
the growth of the team & managing strategic relationships with Latam KT, PA and System Nodes.
BCG Latam (Brazil, SSA and MEX) is ~$100 mn business with strong growth across key IPAs and FPAs. We have 11 KT covering Latam geo business today, with aspirations to grow to ~15 by 2025.
**You're good at**:
- Leading problem solving and solutioning for internal clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business or PA context
- Co-leading development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, Latam GEO materials, across PAs/topics and sectors
- Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility, especially within the Knowledge Organization and domain within BCG.
- Leading team/internal projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact
- Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
- Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating closely with GEO leadership peers & global KT co-managers and leaders to ensure Latam KT work & impact is visible at global platforms
What You'll Bring
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum knowledge business within a consulting environment experience required; 10-12+ years of knowledge business experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English, Portuguese; Spanish as well Is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

As a Knowledge Business Senior Manager, you will collaborate with regional (Latam) PA & topic leads and colleagues to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients. The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
