We are looking for a Project Leader GDH who will work in Izmir and be responsible for running projects under the operations function, to serve several markets’ commercial activities.

Main responsibilities:

- Plan, implement and manage the assigned multi-category product projects with the expected delivery standards and specified timing, adhering to and driving E2E Project Management process and best practices to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate Product Commercialization projects, including product maintenance and source change activities.
- Depending on the project type, liaise with regional and local operations functions (e.g. supply chain, procurement, marketing, QA & production) to determine development and delivery of new goods while ensuring no supply shortage, mínimal loss & optimum cost.
- Communicate with internal/external partners and customers to ensure proper understanding of project scope, requirements and milestones.
- Lead projects execution processes, issue status reports and ensure readiness of new product specifications to allow timely production & delivery of new goods.
- maintain up-to-date production specifications and status of the project within the company systems.

We’re looking for someone with:

- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Project coordination, management and/or supply chain experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset, customer orientation and ability to learn quickly
- Analytical thinking

This role will start as a remote position but will transfer to our office in Izmir either partially or fully, at a later stage.
