Como Implementation & Service Specialist você será responsável por garantir que a implementação dos serviços de ONtrack sejam realizados com alta qualidade, bem como garantir a qualidade no atendimento ao cliente. Realiza contato e visitas frequentes aos clientes, para execução da implementação dos serviços contratados, bem como acompanhamento pós-implantação, faz levantamento de necessidades do cliente e acompanha o processo até a finalização, com objetivo de estreitar o relacionamento e desenvolver ações de melhorias.
