**Quais serão os seus principais desafios**
- Realizar o acompanhamento do desempenho das soluções L+G junto aos clientes através de extração de dados e desenvolvimento novos relatórios para análises;
- Realizar visitas técnicas nos clientes, visando prestar suporte e acompanhamento, mantendo o diferencial em nossa marca;
- Realizar a demonstração dos equipamentos e soluções L+G nos clientes;
- Participar de operações de “hands-on” em clientes;
- Ministrar treinamentos voltados à tecnologia L+G, tanto para clientes internos quanto externos;
- Atuar na solução de problemas em campo, quanto a aplicação dos produtos e soluções L+G. Pesquisar a causa raiz realizando troubleshooting da solução “end-to-end” e endereçar as correções seguindo os processos da L+G.
- Acompanhar os passos da resolução e garantir as correções no menor tempo possível;
- Automatizar processos do dia-a-dia da área através de ou melhorias nas ferramentas já adotadas ou no desenvolvimento de novas ideias para automação de testes e atividades;
- Elaborar relatórios de desvios detectados nos produtos e sistemas.
- Vontade de aprender conceitos técnicos.
**O que esperamos de você**
- Formação em Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Tecnologia da Informação;
- Inglês e Espanhol avançados pois ocorrerá interação com colegas e clientes de outros países;
- Experiência com investigação de incidências/problemas em soluções de software e ntegrações;
- Habilidade com linguagens de programação orientada a objetos e scripts (Python, Java, C#, ASP.NET, VBA, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell, etc.);
- Habilidade com linguagem PL/SQL, APEX e bancos de dados Oracle/SQL Server;
- Conhecimento de bancos de dados;
- Entendimento dos conceitos gerais de aplicações baseadas em web services;
- Team-player, pró-ativo(a) e interessado(a) em aprender constantemente.
