The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of driven talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

**The role**:
In addition, you will lead a team of 3 individuals and collaborating closely with the Head of Growth and Sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of over 50 client contracts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to develop targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns to support customer retention and expansion efforts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, churn rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate account performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant experience in account management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
