**Department Description**

The Global department specialise in solutions for multi-national organisations. Designed specifically for multinational clients, Atradius Global truly acts as one team throughout the world providing aligned service and an aligned set of policy terms across all markets. We are committed to securing long-term relationships, grounded in mutual trust, which is what sets our service for multinationals apart.

We are a small unit which consolidates the Atradius and CyC cultures and systems. As an Account Manager you will be part of the Global Brazil team. Our mission is to provide an excellent in-country service to the multinational clients in which the Atradius CyC group operates in various parts of the world. An opportunity for you to expand your knowledge, skills, and network by contributing tasks and interacting with people on a truly global scale.

**In this position your key responsibilities will be**:
As an Account Manager, you must demonstrate a real desire to support our Global clients to ensure we remain the partner of choice in a challenging and competitive marketplace. Working closely with our Manager, Account Manager and supported by one Account Executive you will optimise our first-class service to maintain and develop an existing portfolio of key clients. The ability to design and implement bespoke service solutions that meet the individual needs of our customers is critical to our ongoing success and is essential for us to achieve our customer retention targets and revenue.

You will make presentations to clients and brokers to support the ongoing servicing and renewal of the policies within your portfolio. You will also be enrolled in developing new deals in the unit. To do this effectively you will have or be able to demonstrate good communication and negotiations skills. You must have the ability to plan and execute your work independently and be able to react quickly to changing priorities.

- Excellent communication skills
- Service minded attitude with a growth mindset (like changes)
- Able to learn a complex system
- Able to work individually and in close collaboration with other team members (within Brazil but also our global colleagues overseas) to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our multinational customers
- Relevant business experience and degree
- Right to work in Brazil

**Other qualifications**:

- Good knowledge about office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Fluent written and spoken Brazilian Portuguese and English
