International Team Members Services (ITMS) is located in 8 locations supporting 6,000 team members in close to 60 countries supported by a cadre of talent people. The team are the point of contact for administrative queries such as team member data management, policies, global mobility, talent, performance and recruitment. This job is a member of the International People Team within the MCLA & Canada Division. This position is an integral part of International Team Member Services and reports directly to the Supervisor; primarily providing administrative support to Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay and back up for other MCLA & Canada based People Team.

**What you'll do**:
**Other responsibilities**
- To liaise with life assurance, medical and dental broker regarding renewal of policy and day to day admin
- To work flexibly as part of International Team Member Services covering absence and supporting various initiatives from different countries
- To keep abreast with internal People policies, procedures and processes
- To be willing to attend meetings when requested and travel to other locations when necessary
- To support diversity, equity and inclusion, health and safety initiatives and related activities
- Supporting Global Mobility with letters and general administration

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven administrative skills and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Self-motivated, customer focused, flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to be deadline driven and work under pressure
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and act in a professional manner at all times
- High degree of personal integrity with a commitment to confidentiality
- Strong team player willing to work flexibly within the team

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management.
- Worked in a People department before
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation
- Good understanding of company policies/procedures/AA team member programs
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors

**General**

- To co-operate with AA as far as is necessary to enable AA to comply with all relevant statutory provisions.
- To immediately report serious risks or concerns over safety issues

- Maintain a standard of dress code that is appropriate to the role and in accordance with the company’s uniform/dress policy

- To maintain and respect confidentiality at all times and to ensure adherence to the company’s Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Policy
- Actively participate in regular coaching & counseling meetings, performance reviews and development meetings
- Undertake appropriate training as agreed with their manager and to take responsibility for self-development
