**Responsabilidades e atribuições** **#Desafios que você vai encontrar**:

- Entender as necessidades do negócio e propor e desenvolver soluções baseadas em IA, realizando Assessment completo das Áreas de Negócio, com objetivo de identificar e mapear as oportunidades de uso da I.A., buscando eficiência operacional e aumento de produtividade;
- Conduzir pesquisas sobre tendências emergentes em IA e aprendizado de máquina, atuando com P&D, passando pela criação de POCs, busca por novas tecnologias de I.A. e realizar benchmark do mercado de tecnologia com foco em I.A;
- Otimizar algoritmos de I.A. para máxima eficiência e eficácia, desenvolvendo e implementando modelos de Inteligência Artificial, incluindo aprendizado de máquina e processamento de linguagem natural;
- Fornecer orientação técnica e mentoria a membros menos experientes da equipe, utilizando APIs para desenvolver ferramentas internas que empreguem motores generativos de IA populares, como ChatGPT, Copilot, MixIO, entre outros, a fim de integrar funcionalidades inovadoras em nossas plataformas;

**Requisitos e qualificações**
**Conhecimentos importantes para a posição**:

- Graduação completa em Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação ou outras áreas afins;
- Experiência em desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções de IA incluindo algoritmos de aprendizado de máquina;
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de chatbots e assistentes virtuais utilizando IA.
- Experiência com ferramentas e abordagens de MLOps como Kubernetes, Jenkins, MLFlow, Spark, Git, entre outros;
- Experiência em programação e uso de APIs para a integração de motores generativos de IA.
