**Partner with the best**

The Growth Hub Portfolio Development Manager will work within their targeted region to grow the understanding of and market for our “Innovative Services Solutions”. You will identify, target, and drive the engagement strategy from deal origination to PO receival with customers working collaboratively with the regional Account Managers. You will work closely with the Growth Hub to drive exciting initiatives such as Well Monitoring, Agnostic Tooling, Robotic Inspection and decarbonization through renewable power.

**As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing leadership for related sales within the assigned accounts through the formulation and execution of pursuit strategies that capitalize on BH's strength
- Managing the sales process from opportunity identification through to delivery and ongoing relationship management for the life of field
- Creating and executing key customer account strategies that pull together the breadth of the BH portfolio to deliver value for customers.
- Leading deal strategy, pricing, and all other pursuit activities as the sales team's primary interface with ITO(Tendering) and other functional groups as required
- Maintaining knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions, customer activities and support market analysis for sales and product planning purposes
- Maintaining accurate forecasting visibility and analysis of potential business using Dealmachine.
- Work with internal supply chain and functions to optimize lead times and deliveries.
- Developing solid, trusted relationships with customers based on deep understanding of their needs and taking ownership for delivering on commitments
- Driving core services strategy and growth initiatives within the assigned accounts.
- Developing key customer relationships and promote win-win sales strategies for the long term is essential.

- Have a bachelor’s degree and proven leadership skills
- Have proven success in sales origination and tendering activity
- Be able to develop and execute sound sales strategy to maximize opportunities for BH.
- Be customer oriented with a tenacious growth mindset and be able to generate immediate credibility both externally and internally.
- Have solid interpersonal and analytical skills to contribute to a matrix organization
- Have excellent knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and key Operators in the region
- Have commercial experience in developing and closing large and complex contractual agreements
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to execute and drive results
- Understand industry competitors and key players and relative strengths/weaknesses.
- Be able to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and customer projects/opportunities.
- Be prepared to travel as required within the region.
- Demonstrate technical acumen developed through degree or equivalent work experience
