The Growth Marketer will help build an engine that will drive the next wave of growth for MetaMap. As part of the Demand Generation team, this role will strategically plan, implement, analyze, and optimize all paid acquisition channels, which include paid search, paid social (e.g. Facebook/LinkedIn), and other creative tactics. You will take the lead in scaling our current marketing mix by identifying new ways to acquire customers cost-effectively while maintaining a great return on investment. You will have an opportunity to make a major impact on the future growth of Metamap by leveraging your expertise and creativity to develop and execute cutting-edge full-funnel digital strategies that help bring the company through its next phase of success.

**About the role**:

- Develop and manage full-funnel digital prospecting and remarketing paid campaigns across channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Conceptualize, test, and optimize growth strategies to improve campaign performance
- Develop experiments, analyze results, and build reports to track progress against goals. Use learnings to provide actionable recommendations on future strategies
- Recommendations on budget allocation and media buying. Use insights to optimize marketing spend
- Partner with the Brand & Design team to develop high-performing creative content and landing pages that will improve acquisition efficiency
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure we have the right dashboards
- Build A/B testing strategies for ad creative, messaging, landing pages and more to continue scaling customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency
- Support the launch of an Account-Based Marketing strategy, to eventually change from a user acquisition to an account acquisition approach

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a B2B performance marketing or digital acquisition marketing role leading paid search, paid social, and remarketing campaigns
- Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation and data-backed decision making
- Data-driven, analytical and knowledgeable of analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, UTM tracking)
- Experience using Salesforce reports and campaigns
- Strong understanding of the sales and marketing funnel, metrics, and attribution techniques
- Previous management and optimization of user acquisition budgets
- Experience working with, and managing external agencies
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to work independently, self-driven, and always looking to learn and develop new skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot MAP a strong plus
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing campaigns and platforms (6sense, Demandbase) a strong plus
