**Lead product development and implementation projects**, including the coordination and completion time within budget and within scope,setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects. Will work directly with stakeholders and coordinate with other departments to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Leading project planning sessions, defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities;
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives, managing their availability & allocation;
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget;
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities;
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines;
- Tracking project and Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget;
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks;
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;
- Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction;
- Managing large and diverse (cultural and geographic) teams.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
Mandatory:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field;
- Experience in project management and related;
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively;
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills (ownership, resilience, communication, negotiation and flexibility);
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
- Fluent English.

Desirable:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or project management graduation;
- Experience on hermetic compressor development projects.
