Marketing Analyst - South America
In this role, you will closely collaborate with sales, marketing and communication network and partners in South America and globally in Valmet to support the business forward.
With focus on Valmet’s Pulp & Energy as well as Paper business lines, your role will be to develop and implement the SA area reference marketing to build and improve Valmet’s visibility consistently. You will also develop and maintain trade media and partner network.
You will develop the digital marketing plan for those business lines in South America, and plan initiatives to build customer engagement in all touchpoints during customer journey and develop lead generation activities and lead management. Develop key account marketing network and activities will be part of the role. Besides, you will be responsible for follow up marketing KPI and delivery reports for the events and marketing actions.
The main purpose of the position is to grow awareness and consideration for Valmet’s solutions for pulp and paper, energy, mining, and wide base of process industries in South America in accordance with global and regional strategies for both businesses.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing the Pulp & Energy and Paper marketing plan and roadmap for South America to take forward the business and build Valmet brand.- Implementing the plan together with sales, business line marketing and Valmet’s marketing network and partners, including digital content, customer engagement programs and events, global product/solution launches in South America.- Adapting and localizing global marketing campaigns for the market area.- Developing lead generation activities and lead management.- Support external communications for Pulp & Energy and Paper business lines in South America.- Budgeting and follow-up of marketing activities.
In addition, to succeed in this position, you should have:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communications or business.- Solid experience in the area including experience in the pulp and paper industry.- Good understanding of multichannel marketing, content creation and distribution.- Digital marketing capability, such as social media, marketing automation, customer engagement, and experience from related tools, as Salesforce & Pardot, Episerver, GoToWebinar.- Project management skills and results and solutions-oriented approach.- Very good co-operational skills, ability to network and maintain good working relationships across an international matrix organization.- Positive outlook and adaptability to changing circumstances.- Excellent communications skills in written and spoken English.- Willingness to travel.
