Our Purpose:
Overview:
The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk & cyber security needs of all of MasterCard’s various customer segments. The C&I team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services, and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.

ID Network, the new global identity network from Mastercard, allows customers to seamlessly and securely verify user identity in real time.

Organizations are burdened with high-friction, high-cost identity verification processes, new regulations, and the need to fight fraud. They struggle to innovate while also hardening systems to minimize risk and prevent attacks.

Meanwhile, individuals are met with frustrating identity verification experiences that disrupt their digital experiences. They are forced to remember hundreds of passwords and worry about identity theft without control of their data. In this environment, people and organizations seek a secure and reliable way to verify identity that works universally.

ID Network will:

- Improve customer experience - a fast and intuitive identity verification experience using a reusable digital ID, means less friction and greater conversion across channels, driving business growth.
- Reduce identity fraud - mitigate account takeover attacks and use of stolen identities through multi-source identity proofing, liveness detection, fraud risk signals, and biometric authentication.
- Reduce cost and gain interoperability: gain access to a global network of verified digital identities through a simple and flexible API-based integration, reducing complexity and cost to the business.

ID Network enables organizations to quickly verify their customers’ identity across a range of use cases in their daily life such as: secure, verified login; Shopping, gaming, and entertainment; Financial services; Health and medical; Travel and transportation; Education Employment and government.

ID Network is being deployed in Brazil and this is an exciting time to join as one of the first members of the business development team, an important role in the success of our expansion into the country by signing reseller and customer contracts.

In this role You will:

- Work with the global ID Network team help drive team strategy and win new business opportunities with key partners.
- Partner with the Brazilian business development and customer success teams in order to quickly expand installed base in Brazil.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of our most strategic and growth partner relationships, developing scalable business processes and operating procedures for success.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with our partner contacts, while also developing new ones in various parts of the partner organization
- Share responsibility for all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management, including regular cadence of partner meetings, ensuring customers have materials in appropriate language, assist with co-partner marketing initiatives & events.
- Be accountable for success metrics and partner revenue growth.
- Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating business value.
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Account Services, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners.
- Develop to eventually operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker.
- Assist ID Network Partners to track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

- Business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
- Passion/Interest in Business Development & Partnerships, helping scale
