Requisitos - Assumir a frente estratégica de conteúdo e planejamento. - Capacidade para trabalhar e gerir uma equipe. - Habilidade para comunicar ao público-alvo de forma clara, convincente, estimulante e sedutora os atributos/benefícios de um produto ou serviço, em conformidade com as necessidades dos clientes;
- Responsável por passar ao papel o conceito de uma boa ideia desenvolvida e utilizar seu conhecimento em redação, transmitindo criatividade através de textos. - Participará do brainstorming da agência e trará inovações e ideias criativas contribuindo com insights alinhados ao job solicitado. - Heavy user de internet e redes sociais. - Definição da linha editorial dos posts (blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin e outras mídias sociais). - Conhecimento suficiente da língua portuguesa que propicie o desenvolvimento de textos corretos do ponto de vista gramatical e ortográfico, bem como uma escrita fluente e elaborada;
- Conhecimento intermediário/avançado da língua inglesa;
- Capacidade de elaborar ideias e conceitos criativos, aliados à capacidade de exprimi-los de forma coerente;
- Gerar insights criativos de acordo com o briefing e participar ativamente do brainstorm;
- Apresentar uma cultura geral de bom nível e manter-se atualizado com a cultura popular e tendências para com isso alicerçar seu trabalho diário;
- Gerenciar as redes sociais de clientes e da agência e gerar conteúdos pertinentes;
- Buscar sempre acompanhar as inovações do mercado, principalmente através das redes sociais disponíveis, utilizando de maneira eficiente às tecnologias existentes;
- Noções de Google ads / Facebook ads (Power Editor) - Noções de Google Analytics;
- Noções de sistema de CRM;
- Experiência com relatórios e Ferramentas de gestão;
- Experiência comprovada em agência de publicidade. - Ensino Superior completo em Jornalismo e/ou Publicidade.

Deve contar com uma variedade de estratégias para persuadir pessoas de modo que resulte em acordo ou mudança de comportamento a seu favor. Atualização do Conhecimento: Espera-se do colaborador a participação em eventos, palestras e congresso ligados à sua área de atuação, com o propósito de atualização constante de seus conhecimentos e estudo de benchmarketing. Tomada de decisão: Estar pronto para tomar iniciativas, originar ações e ser responsável pelas consequências de suas decisões. Planejamento e organização: Estabelece um curso de ação apropriado e eficiente para si e para os demais. Prioriza e planeja atividades levando em consideração todos os pontos e fatores relevantes, tais como prazos, equipe e outros recursos necessários. Resolução de problemas: Analisa problemas e os classifica em partes distintas. Faz julgamentos sistemáticos e racionais com base em informações relevantes.
