**Descrição do perfil**

Responsável por identificar, coletar, preparar, validar, analisar e interpretar dados das operações de Customer Relations para gerar informações, inclusive através do desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos e estatísticos desenvolvendo sistemas avançados de aprendizagem e conhecimento organizado.

**Principais atividades**
- Identificar e acessar as fontes de dados capazes de apoiar e desenvolver um determinado processo de negócio;
- Explorar e analisar dados de uma variedade de ângulos para obter insights;
Conceber soluções data driven para o negócio;
- Resolver problemas complexos utilizando métodos matemáticos e estatísticos; Desenvolver protótipos e proof of concept em projetos de inovação utilizando ferramentas de desenvolvimento ágil;
- Definir e aplicar modelos de análise de dados descritivos, preditivos e prescritivos com base nas necessidades de aplicação definidas;
- Identificar, interpretar e manipular os conjuntos de dados necessários para o desenvolvimento dos modelos;
- Promover a aplicação de técnicas de aprendizado de máquina estatísticas corretas;
- Extrair e organizar dados de inúmeras fontes e transformá-los em informações úteis e decifráveis por meio de gráficos e dashboards; Comunicar previsões e resultados para gestão e áreas de negócio através de visualização de dados eficazes;
- Disseminar a cultura data driven em Customer Relations; Atuar como tech leader.

**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**
- Atuação/desenvolvimento em ambientes on-premise (Windows Server/Unix/Linux) e Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure);
- Data Analytics
- Data Mining
- Data Base Management;
- Metodologias de desenvolvimento lean/agile
Desenvolvimento de sistemas
Desenvolvimento de protótipo
Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning
- Formação superior completa em Ciência de Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Matemática, Estatística, Física ou áreas correlatas;
- DevOps/Data: ShellScript, VBScript, SFTP, Microsoft SQL-SERVER (2000, 2005, 2016), MYSQL, Postgresql, SAS, Python, C#, JavaScript;
- Google Cloud: Dataprep, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, DataFlow, DataProc;
- Análise/Visualização de Dados: R, Power BI, Data Studio
