Team Introduction
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the strategic development of entry-tier agencies, primarily on accelerating the onboarding process and helping agencies become better prepared for further growth.
- Train entry-tier agencies and support both agencies and streamers to adapt more effectively to TikTok LIVE.
- Monitor agencies' performance and diagnose growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with agencies to enhance content quality and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, document, and share successful strategies among agencies.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proactive, responsible, able to independently follow up on projects with good documentation.
- Systematic thinking and excellent attention to details.
- Proficient in both English and Portuguese.
- Quick and smart learning is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- The experiences of livestreaming platforms, O2O and e-commerce platforms.
