**The Work You’ll Do**:
As a Development Manager, you will have to lead the Development team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the company has the best talent possible for the development of daily tasks and the design of new solutions. Is responsible to achieve this purpose through a good motivation of their supervised, always monitoring and driving their professional growth.

More specifically, you will:

- Communicate the vision and mission of the company at all levels
- Maintain long term relationship with reports and peers
- Drive process improvements to increase effectiveness
- Hire and retain the best talent
- Make personnel decisions including but not limited to hiring, reviews, development, and promotions
- Assist the team in technical and nontechnical daily issues
- Understands and drives Agile and DevOps mindset (you develop it, you run it, you own it)
- Participate in Code Inspections
- Provide support during the releases and emergencies
- Contribute and influence in architecture decisions
- Experience with Cloud is a must and AWS is a plus
- It is a servant leader for a group of highly technical Engineers

**What We Need From You**:

- Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Management degree or certification preferred.
- Interview and selection experience
- Manage and communicate business goals and imperatives
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proven planning, priority setting, time management, and decision making skills
- Understanding of agile methodology
- Possible international travel required
