**DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA**:
**Responsabilidades**
- Prospectar e qualificar clientes;
- Fazer demonstração dos produtos e negociar condições comerciais;
- Gerir o funil de vendas;
- Realizar follow-up dos negócios;
- Estar à frente do contato com o cliente desde a identificação da
oportunidade até o fechamento do negócio;
- Atingir a meta de receita.
**REQUISITOS DA VAGA**:
- Experiência com vendas PAP superior a três anos;
- Residir na região de Florianópolis/SC;
- Ter orientação para resultados e capacidade de execução;
- Fazer a gestão por CRM;
- Estabelecer rapport com clientes e converter oportunidades em
vendas;
- Ser resiliente e ter pensamento estratégico;
- Ter capacidade de adaptação a mudanças;
- Ter ótima habilidade de comunicação, negociação e apresentação.
- Ter habiidade de organização e execução de rotas presenciais para visitas;
- Ter disponibilidade para reunião semanal presencial.
**Diferenciais**
Familiaridade com Hubspot (CRM) é um diferencial.
Atuação anterior em empresa de tecnologia, fintechs ou adquirência.

Contratação PJ
Modalidade híbrida (presencial 1x/semana)
Remuneração fixa a combinar.
Remuneração variável: 30% da 1a mensalidade de cada novo negócio fechado.
