Main activities:

- To be accountable for the key financial performance of the business unit and ensuring smooth operationally and functionality of the sales and operations teams.
- Drive new growth in existing and new customers.
- Protect and grow the existing customers and to minimize the churn rates.
- Manage cost optimization initiatives across all major activities, including cost of sales, PEX and OPEX.
- Ensure Group procedures relating to sales and operations are adhered and supported.
- Annual Budget preparation and execution of the business unit.
- Prepare and update yearly business plans, which will form the roadmap for the monthly discussion.
- Act as key representative of DGF to our Bulk Liquid customers.
- Liaise with other offices and agents in establishing task agreements concerning profit share and gains.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management & Logistics or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferably fluent in Portuguese
- End to End knowledge of supply chain & logistics, freight forwarding and shipping processes
- Good knowledge of international trade and operational procedures
- Strong organization leadership skills, customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking ability with proven implementation results
- Strong business acumen, excellent planning, analysing and problem solving skills
- Knowledge in warehousing and distribution operations in a 3PL organization
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Familiar with bulk liquid in chemical, agriculture or mineral oil industry would be a plus
- A proven track record of strong sales, business development and operations background
