**You are responsible for**
- Localization and implementation of WE indirect Sales strategy
- Achieving zone Indirect Channel OIT and Sales targets
- Develop relationship and synergies with partners
- Deploy strategy and tactical plans for indirect Sales channel based on customer needs synchronized with business clusters and district objectives
- Ensure adherence to process compliance ensure a consistent and uniform approach towards Channel Partners across assigned territory
- Prepare and execute business reviews based on defined zone OIT target for indirect channel
- Define and manage distributor requirements, responsibilities, and duties. Responsible to share information and educate our partners
- Search, assess and Select channel partners in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Set annual targets and prepare joint business plan (= PMC plan)
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor/Master Degree
- Area / Territory Management experience
- Consultative Dialogue & Negotiation / C-suite experience
