**Responsabilidades**:

- Gerenciar um portfólio de clientes, garantindo sua satisfação e sucesso.
- Identificar oportunidades para renovação de pacotes.
- Analisar métricas de sucesso do cliente e desenvolver planos de ação para melhorar o desempenho.
- Colaborar com as equipes de vendas, marketing e produto para garantir a entrega de valor aos clientes.
- Ser o ponto de contato principal para resolver problemas e questões dos clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência prévia em Customer Success, ou vendas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e gestão de relacionamento com o cliente.
