**What you'll do**:
The Senior Business Analyst, GTM Strategy & Operations offers a global exciting and high-visibility opportunity to partner with some of our senior leadership members to crack the most important strategic problems, and influence the trajectory of DocuSign’s business.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Sales Strategy & Operations LATAM.
**Responsibility**
- Produce and maintain metrics reports on business development and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices sharing across our business development and sales organizations
- Know the latest industry trends and best practices in sales technology and automation, and evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve the effectiveness of our revenue engine
- Understand the overall DocuSign strategy and sales goals to translate these into metrics and dashboards
- Leverage business process knowledge and expertise to identify gaps and recommend GTM improvements
- Define clear problem statements, develop solution options, and present recommendations to key collaborators to drive consensus
- Advise mid-senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them make intentional decisions to achieve their long-term strategic priorities
- Support annual planning through data-driven recommendations (e.g. customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
- Support day-to-day operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and QBRs
Lead and support ad-hoc projects with regional or global impact (e.g. GTM changes, process improvement, sales incentive design, forecast modeling, dashboard development for KPI monitoring)
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- 5+ years relevant experience translating data into insights, and partnering with senior team members
- Previous work experience in Strategy and Operations roles and/or at a management consulting firms, investment banks, technology companies or comparable experience
- Proficient in English
- Intermediate in Spanish
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
**Preferred**
- Strong intuition for business
- Strong ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with intermediate to little supervision
- Proficient in Spanish
- Previous SaaS industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake
- Experience with SQL queries and Python
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt as needed
- Accurate and precise attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, navigate data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
