- Our Parts & Services Division is seeking an ambitious General Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive strategic growth, overseeing Profit & Loss, revenue targets, profitability, operational efficiency, and capital optimization.- As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing product and market strategies across major regions, ensuring the achievement of annual KPIs and driving organic growth. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing facilitation, management, team building, and challenge, all in alignment with our vision of innovation. - Develop and implement product and market strategies across major regions.
- Ensure achievement of annual KPIs, drive organic growth, and grow revenue and market share.
- Innovate territory management to identify opportunities and expand presence.
- Provide clear leadership to maximize sales potential and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
- Manage Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and ensure financial transparency.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to foster innovation and collaboration, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and customer loyalty. Drive Digital transformation initiatives and collaborate closely with the Regional Centre of Excellence for internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.**Experience and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the mining and construction industry.
- Experience leading decentralized teams.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
- Proficient in leading organizational change across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing strategies.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of Profit and Loss statements. Excellent proficiency in oral and written English.**Personal Characteristics**
