**Responsibilities**:

- With training in areas related to Design or Technology or with proven experience in curriculum and portfolio.Responsible for the execution of Product Design Tasks, considering the end to end process, from immersion and understanding to validation, passing by ideation and prototyping.

Is someone with at least two years of experience. Teams can expect some degree of autonomy from this level. People on this level work better under the supervision of more experienced designers.
- Working alongside POs / PMS, commercial and technical team in the comprehension of problems to be solved and in the requirements analysis phase of new products, features, or projects.Collaborating with the team in the ideation phase while being able to take into account different types of constraints (time, budget, etc.).
-Communicating and validating ideas alongside the team and / or the customer in an iterative process of developing products, using good verbal and written communication, making good use of visual thinking resources when necessary.
-Prototyping solutions in different levels of fidelity (mockups, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes), considering the level of detail necessary to communicate and validate different ideas in different contexts.
-Ensuring a high-quality look and feel for the company's products.
-Participating in the Quality Assurance process, working with designers, developers, and POs to ensure that our products are being shipped with quality.
Participating in the ceremonies of the Design Chapter, collaborating with the adoption and continuous evolution of the best practices of the discipline inside our company, and being an active participant of the design critique sessions.Being aware of the industry's best practices, looking for information through benchmarking and participating in events of the area.

**Requirements**:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of fundamental visual design principles.
-Intermediate knowledge of different design processes and methods:

-Capable of describing the main steps of a design process;
-Formal knowledge of methods related to each step of the process.
- Formal knowledge of software development process (knows, for example, the difference between an agile and a waterfall process).

Intermediate to advaced knowledge of interface and interaction design:

- Capable of creating flawless interactions that dialogue with the context in which they are inserted;Takes accessibility and responsiveness into account;
-Capable of designing interactions respecting good practices and heuristics;
- Tries to ensure reuse of work through the componentization of the designed elements;Has a systemic vision and seeks to understand how the parts of a system depends on the whole and how the parts affect the whole.
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with the main screen design and prototyping tools in use by the industry.
-College degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Communication, Advertising, Psychology, Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related areas. In the absence of a college degree, should prove experience with curriculum, portfolio, and case presentations.
-Some prior contact with basic literature on UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interface Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture and related areas is desirable.
-It is desirable to have attended or to be taking some specialization (academic or not) in UX, Strategic Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Ergonomics, or similar areas.
- At least two years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interface Designer, Interaction Designer or similar role.English (advanced reading, intermediate writing, capable of speaking and understanding)
