O principal objetivo do **Analista de Customer Service Nível II **na Thales é ser a via de comunicação entre fábrica e o cliente, direcionando e acompanhando suas demandas em parceria com a produção, juntamente com o time de Technical Consultant.

Seu foco é mapear o que deve ser trabalhado e melhorado para garantir um atendimento de excelencia, participar de Reuniões Presenciais com o Time de Vendas.

**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Atendimento ao Cliente.
- Foco no cliente.
- Foco na melhoria contínua.
- Ser responsável por acompanhar as demandas diárias dos clientes sob sua responsabilidade.
- Ser o contato direto do cliente com a produção.
- Buscar otimizar as demandas dos clientes de acordo com as posibilidades da Operação.
- Identificar problemas que possam acarretar perda de SLA e previamente, buscar soluções junto a Operação para sinalizar o cliente.
- Identificar o momento em que Vendas e sua Gerência devem ser escalados para minimizar situações de conflitos com o cliente.
- Ter responsabilidade com prazos.
- Ser responsável pelos faturamentos dos clientes sob sua responsabilidade.
- Ter conhecimento das Ferramentas necessárias para desenvolvimento de suas atiidades diárias: Oracle, PDM, QAD.
- Acompanhar Projetos com o Time de PMI e TC.
- Ser responsável em manter documentos atualizados na Rede para consulta em Auditorias Internas e Externas.
- Participar de reuniões presenciais com os clientes, bem como com o Time Comercial sem acompanhamento do seu Gestor mediato.
- Acompanhar diariamente a reunião de planejamento e ser presente nas solicitações da fábrica quando solicitado.
- Utilizar EPI (equipamento de proteção individual), como e quando aplicável.
- Realizar a coleta seletiva dos resíduos gerados.
- Consumir energia de forma consciente.
- Comprometer-se com a implantação e manutenção do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Saúde, Segurança Ocupacinal, Segurança Fisica, Lógica e Energética) de acordo com as normas certificadas e de acordo com as respecitivas políticas.

**Qualificações**:

- Em formação Superior ou Tecnólogo.
- 1 ano a 02 anos de experiência.
- Inglês fluente.
- Pacote Office Intermediário.
