Team Overview:
1. High energy, self motivated, great speaker

2. Loves to crunch data for breakfast, being able to correlate multiple variables from business, generating clear recommendations and insights

3. Will be working more closely with colleagues from Business Analytics, as well as other team (Operations, Product, PR, GA, etc)

Role Responsibilities:
1. As a specialist, you will be the main point of contact and Data reference in the team

2. Will be responsible for supporting team's analysis evolution, reaching new level of maturity

3. Working for Safety team, will have high impact on Drivers and Passengers daily basis, finding new ways to improve user's experience and safety/security with the platform

4. Daily work will have a lot os thinking and discussing with key stakeholders

5. Implement new governance model through best practices benchmark

6. Will be the responsible for managing and defending OKRs from Safety & Security team

7. Should have good communication in both english and portuguese to build bridges among local and international teams

Role Qualifications:

- Years of Experience: +5 years working with business operation, business intelligence and correlated
- Soft Skills: Politeness, Respect, Self Motivated, Engaged, Curious, Proactive, Interpersonnal Relationship, Great Communicator
- Hard Skills: Problem Solver, Programing Languages (SQL/Python/...), Strong Analytics, Transform Data into Action
- Educational Background: Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematician, Statistcs, IT/Programming and related
- Preferred Industries Experience: Techs, Mobility Segment, Traditional Industry, Consultancy
- Spoken Languages: Portuguese and Fluent English
