**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
The Climate Business Operations Lead will be responsible for all activities to drive maximum experience driving substantial growth in terms of qualified data acquisition and life-time customer value of Climate’s products to enable customers’ readiness to access the Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) evolving offerings.
The role will be accountable for all FieldView customers’ engagement, including activation on the farm, remote technical and customer success to maximize LTV also including up and cross selling. Moreover, this role is also accountable for all OTC, customer Operations and supply deliverables ensuring seamless experience to our customers with an efficient scalable process. Accountable for individual and team development and performance, this role will collaborate routinely with the DFS/Climate leadership, Bayer Commercial team and Climate Product,Engineering and Global Operation to to ensure alignment of Climate product and customer experience approach in the market.
- Develop and execute strategies that will drive substantial growth in terms of qualified data acquisition and, customer experience and operational improvement, streaming processes to ensure scalability and efficiency across Latam. Overall responsible to provide the best, seamless and digital product experience throughout customer journey, with fully adoption of customer to increase Customer life time value Lead all customer interaction activity, which includes Sales product value creation to increase penetration, up and cross selling, support during purchase experience and all post sales interactions which includes field and remote activities with the main purpose to generate the highest customer experience;
- Drive a robust business model in conjunction with DFS leadership and Customer Marketing organizations to secure engagement of targeted customers and readiness to access DFS offerings such as OBMs and Carbon.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to not only deeply understand new offerings, but provide insight and feedback on how to improve product so that it supports customer’s needs.
- Drive and foster data usage and customer performance metrics to evaluate success of customer support efforts and minimize churn.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, manage, and drive world class analytic systems evolving relevant BI dashboards which drive decision making, with real time performance / KPI optimization capability and create visibility of systemic performance gaps / root causes, Partner with various levels of leadership to experiment and incubate new business processes for future growth and define KPIs to measure success for those initiatives, Lead and coach staff and resourcing for both team's ongoing tasks as well as for special projects and initiatives, including development of skills, competencies and growth factor
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Marketing, Business or related discipline. Masters degree a plus;
- Knowledge and experience in **digital agriculture** is a must have. Strong Agriculture business acumen with analytical and problem-solved skills;
- Previous relevant business and people management experience. Experience leading direct a team of leaders is mandatory;
- Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional and matrix experience across Product, Engineer, Sales & Marketing Goal oriented with a strong drive;
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship development skills (fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish desirable);
- Curiosity for and alignment with innovative initiatives Expert people development leader;
- Proven ability to influence and create strong collaborations, with ability to make decision and foster alignment in ambiguous and changing situation;
- Location: São Paulo/SP.
