**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring of sell-in and sell-out results
- Elaboration of sales reports for the commercial team
- Processing of incoming orders from our B2B and Market Place partners
- Coordination of order deliveries with our freight forwarder to fulfill agreed delivery dates and timings
- Interaction with our logistics operations to monitor order flow and invoicing
- Suggestions to constantly improve our order processing work-flow
- Elaboration of client price tables in collaboration with our finance team
- Registration of new products in our ERP system
- Acompanhamento de resultados de sell-in e sell-out;
- Elaboração de relatórios de venda para gerência comercial;
- Receber, processar e controlar pedidos dos clientes B2B e market places;
- Interface com as transportadoras, agendamento junto aos clientes quando necessário, monitoramento de datas e prazos de entrega;
- Interface com a logística monitorando fluxo de picking e faturamento;
- Sugerir melhorias nos processos de order processing;
- Administração e atualização de tabelas de preço junto com time financeiro;
- Preparação de fichas de cadastro para lançamentos de novos produtos;
- Cadastros de produtos no ERP;
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed vocational training or studies business, logistics (or related flied)
- 2+ years of professional experience in relevant or related area
- Experience in FMCG is very welcome
- Motivation to work in multifunctional teams
- Close attention to details and ability to work in multitasking mode, keeping the dealines
- Very good knowledge of MS-office and sales administration related software tools
(BI, Excel, ERP)
- Good knowledge of English is a nice to have

- Superior completo Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Min. de 2 anos de experiência profissional na área ou áreas relacionadas como administração de vendas necessária e/ ou aérea de logística;
- Experiência em empresa de bens de consumo massivo desejável;
- Entusiasmo de trabalho de forma multifuncional;
- Forte atenção aos detalhes, capaz de realizar tarefas simultâneas,
segue e cumpre todos os prazos;
- Conhecimento pacote office avançado (BI, Tableau, Excel, ERP);
- Inglês desejável;
