- Coordenar a execução de estudos de viabilidade para identificar com precisão as lacunas dos clientes e as oportunidades de melhoria de desempenho dos produtos, apoiando a fase de desenvolvimento dos contratos de performance em contas potenciais e estratégicas;
- Conduzir a função de implementação, operação e gerenciamento de contratos dos Programas de Serviço, buscando a excelência na execução dos Serviços tanto em acordos existentes quanto em novos;
- Realizar apresentação gerenciais e técnicas aos clientes, explicando as soluções dos produtos e serviços John Crane e a sua geração de valor do mesmo, a fim de criar credibilidade e gerar segurança no cliente;
- Garantir a rentabilidade da John Crane, bem como controlar e acompanhar o P&L (Profit and Loss Statement) de cada contrato de serviço específico, reportando para o nível gerencial seus resultados, ações e riscos;
- Garantir aumento da qualidade da entrega do contrato evitando lacunas de valor em relação aos compromissos do contrato assumidos junto aos clientes;
- Mostrar técnicamente a diferenciação dos produtos John Crane durante a execução do contrato, buscando sempre se antecipar frente as dúvidas e demandas do cliente;
- Mostrar constantemente aos clientes resultados tangíveis alcançados, apresentando os incidentes do período, realizando reuniões de análise crítica, a fim de dar visibilidade ao cliente da correta execução do contrato firmado e prospectar renovações;
- Suportar o Gerentes de Serviços e Confiabilidade, Gerente de Soluções de Negócios e Gerente de Vendas durante o planejamento da área, criando evidencias para negociações de renovações de contratos, documentando casos de sucesso ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida dos produtos aplicados em clientes, mostrando melhorias de desempenho alcançadasDeveres e **Responsabilidades**:
- Responsável por executar, liderar, implementar e operacionalizar os Contratos de Confiabilidade da John Crane Brasil sempre buscando criar valor percebido aos produtos e serviços John Crane, a fim de entregar o que foi contrato, garantir novos contratos ou gerar renovação dos atuais.Diversidade e Inclusão

- Curso Técnico em Mecânica / Mecatrônica / Eletromecânica ou áreas afins- Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico;
