As a a Cloud Solution Architect, you will gather customer/partner insights and leverage these insights to design architectures, provide expertise/guidance, develop, propose and deliver Microsoft solutions to achieve customer/partner business outcomes and drive to completion the resolution/unblocking of their issues, resulting in accelerated consumption.

Those hired into this role are invited to participate in Microsoft Aspire Experience, a two-year learning and development experience where you'll build your network, cultivate intentional capabilities and gain perspective into the career opportunities across Microsoft’s many exciting businesses.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cloud Solutions Architecture**
- Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business and information technology (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.
- Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams, usin g established channels.
- Solicits input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products. demonstrates basic technical concepts and proves those design solutions capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related career, completed within the last 12 months.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Passion for technology and customer obsessed.Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure).
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).Power BI /Tableau or other data visualization experience preferred.
- SQL/R/Python or other programming/data science experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple business partners and teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
