Our partners' services are enabling farmers receiving essential data to make optimal and sustainable cultivation decisions, boosting yield, crop quality, reducing environmental pollution, and soil health while saving money on inputs. Stenon has closed a $20 million Series A funding round and is expanding internationally.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers. During your interactions, you are driven to uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions and make clear and informed recommendations.

Tasks
- Schedule and conduct onboarding training remote and in-person
- Document customer feedback
- Analyze data and provide proactive feedback and support to customers having problems
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Native level written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze and understand data
- Agricultural knowledge is a must (in soy/corn would be a big plus)
- Ability to travel
