**Seu papel na Baxter**
**O que você vai fazer**
- Planejar, organizar, executar e avaliar atividades de assistência integral de enfermagem ao paciente
- Apoiar as equipes médicas e de enfermagem, nos cuidados de maior complexidade técnica e que exijam conhecimentos de base científica e capacidade de tomar decisões imediatas.
- Apoiar a equipe administrativa no planejamento, organização e execução dos serviços de assistência de enfermagem
- Acompanhamento do status vacinal e imunização dos pacientes
- Prevenção e controle sistemático de infecção. Acompanhar a qualidade do reuso dos dialisadores e linhas.
