**Job Description**:
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Auxiliar no controle de documentações referentes à folha de pagamento e processos de RH, como recrutamento e promoções;
- Garantir a organização e o arquivamento adequado dos documentos, mantendo-os atualizados e acessíveis quando necessário;
- Colocar tarjas nas informações confidenciais dos documentos, respeitando as diretrizes de segurança de informação da empresa;
- Revisar documentos pessoais e auxiliar na entrada de dados em sistemas globais e locais;
- Atualizar e monitorar as documentações compartilhadas com os clientes, assegurando que as versões sejam corretas e válidas;
- Colaborar com a equipe de Payroll/RH em outras atividades administrativas relacionadas, quando necessário.
- Fornecer suporte em atividades de administração do escritório;

HABILIDADES NECESSÁRIAS
- Ensino Médio (cursando ou completo);
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Habilidades básicas de organização e gerenciamento de documentos;
- Capacidade de seguir instruções e cumprir prazos estabelecidos;
- Atitude proativa e vontade de aprender;
- Conhecimento básico do pacote office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Respeito à confidencialidade e sigilo de informações;
- Disponibilidade para cumprir a jornada diária de 04 horas.

HABILIDADES DESEJADAS
- Inglês e/ou Espanhol;
- Ensino Superior em andamento em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas relacionadas.
