Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content and make it trivially easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want.

Supporting Prime Video for Brazil, you will help us increase customer engagement, working with Programming, Content Acquisition and Central Marketing team to identify opportunities to merchandise the right titles at the right moment to the right customers. You will also own the experiment roadmap to design tests and analyze results.

Key job responsibilities
- Definir a estratégia de marketing e merchandising de Prime Video, liderando o roadmap de experimentos com foco em engajamento;
- Criar e configurar campanhas de merchandising em todos os devices (website, mobile apps and living room);
- Trabalhar próximo ao time de Programação, Aquisição de Conteúdo e Marketing Central para testar e implementar novas estratégias para aumentar o engajamento e descoberta de conteúdo;
- Analisar, medir e otimizar métricas de merchandising;
- Otimizar campanhas no storefront, incluindo criativos e features, sempre testando, analisando, documentando e compartilhando resultados e melhores práticas.- Defining the marketing and merchandising strategy for the In-App experience (Prime Video storefront) leading the roadmap to increase customer engagement at a service level
- Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the BR Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices
- Working closely with programming and content acquisition teams to test and implement new merchandising strategies to increase discovery of content by customers
- Measuring and optimizing impressions and conversions metrics and be the owner of the in-app merchandising performance
- Optimizing storefront content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices

Trabalhando em um ambiente dinâmico, sua responsabilidade irá incluir planejar e configurar estratégias de merchandising, definir e implementar iniciativas de experimentação, e compartilhar aprendizados com outros times e territórios. Você irá trabalhar próximo a outros times como Programação, Aquisição de Conteúdo, Marketing Central e BI. Você também precisará ouvir clientes, entendendo comportamentos e necessidades, para garantir que o time de Prime Video oferece a melhor CX e serviço de todos.Working in a dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include creating and scheduling merchandising campaigns, define and execute an experimentation roadmap and sharing learnings with other teams and territories. You will work very close to other teams, such as Programming, Central Marketing and BI. You need to understand our customers needs and work to drive a best-in class video service.
- Experiência com teste e auditoria de qualidade;
- Experiência com e-commerce, entretenimento ou produtos digitais;
- Experiência em um ambiente altamente analítico e orientado a resultados.- Experience with feature testing and quality audit;
- Experience with ecommerce, entertainment or digital products awould be an advantage;
- Experience in a highly analytical, results oriented environment.
