Team Overview:
In this team you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, lead the initiatives across different teams and bring the projects from discovery to delivery. This includes communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines.

Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature testing, user research, focus groups and other dinamics;
- Analyze the end-to-end user experience and define improvement points, understanding possible improvements (UX, UI, product rules...), follow implementation and measure the results;
- Defining growth and acquisition strategies, through communication across all teams based on user behavior and data.

Role Qualifications:

- Structured thinking/decision-making skills: Face complex product challenges and simplify them;
- Data-driving: Find a way to get the data you need and turn the data in real solutions and action plan, dividing into short, mid and long term;
- Strong communication skills: open to dealing with different cultures and influencing and work with people of different profiles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a systematic and login way of thinking
- Studying Administration, Economy, Accounting, Engineering or related areas (preferred).
