Business Services Facultative Intern

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented Intern to add to the Facultative LatAm Business Services team within Reinsurance in São Paulo.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's Fac Business Services Team, covering the P&C Business Portfolio of Latin America markets.

Your key responsibilities are:

- Provides Business Services with all relevant support within Facultative Team for all non-client facing activities including day to day administration, systems deal entry, support with contract signatures and endorsements, correspondence records management and general business support processes associated within Business Services Team.
- Provides Business Services with presentations, running reports as needed.

**About the team**

The Business Services team is a service focused team that process Facultative submissions for the P&C Latin American team and provides a first point of contact for our client's administrative needs.

**About you**
- We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, detailed driven, curious, accountable and team player. Interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment._

Must Have:

- Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, International Relations, or related fields. Graduation expected in 2025 or 2026.
- Advanced knowledge of English. Preferable intermediate knowledge of Spanish. You will work on a regional team (Latin America).
- Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of (re)insurance
